The Governors are seeking to appoint an additional full time, permanent, Maths teacher to the school’s headcount to further strengthen our Maths Department. The role would suit an established teacher with a proven record of excellent teaching or an ECT with drive and ambition.

KS3 ACHIEVEMENT LEADER FOR SCIENCE

The Governors are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, highly motivated and inspirational full time, permanent Teacher of Science who will also have responsibilities within the department as the KS3 Achievement Leader.

You would join our highly successful Science department of 10 members of staff and 2 technicians. The science department is highly ambitious and learners achieve above national average results. We deliver both combined and separate science specifications at GCSE as well as a highly engaging KS3 curriculum. The science department has excellent facilities with well-equipped modern laboratories.

This role would suit an experienced teacher who is already a leader or someone with the aspiration and skillset to become a leader. All science specialisms welcome.

ACADEMIC LEADER – LEARNING HUB

The Governors are seeking to appoint a dynamic and inspirational full time Teacher to lead and develop our onsite SEND Learning Hub of up to 25 students aged between 11 to 16 years. Reporting to the SENDCO, the successful candidate will be passionate about teaching and learning. Someone who is dedicated to achieving excellence for all and a person who has impacted positively on the learning of students with special educational needs and abilities.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone wanting to take responsibility for an extremely important part of our school. You should have already demonstrated excellent leadership and management skills, be committed to inclusion and the well-being of every child and be an outstanding role model in your professional practice.

The position would suit an outstanding teacher or SEND specialist looking for a new challenge. The person appointed to this post will be expected to demonstrate the skills, knowledge and understanding of a highly competent teacher and to be the academic Lead of the Learning Hub. This rewarding role requires someone exceptional, energetic and resourceful.

You would join our highly successful Learning Hub team including the SENDCO, SEND Manager, HLTAs and SSAs who are all passionate about delivering a high-quality engaging curriculum to our SEND students in both Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.
